For any return or exchange, if there was no error from our end, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
For any return or exchange, we will charge 25% of your actual order for restocking.
For any defective or damaged items sent, Spandexbyard. is responsible for the return shipping charge. You are required to provide photographic proof of the damage. We will send a return shipping label via email to get the damaged fabric back to us with your own shipping box or the same box that you received with your order.
International Returns Policies
Purchases made at www.spandexbyyard.com are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the day you receive the package. Please call our Customer Service Representative at 844-772-6339 or email at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to get the authorization for the return. Please note, refunds will be issued in the same credit card used for the original purchase.
If you return a product to Spandexbyyard, Inc. you will be the exporter from the destination country and liable for all return charges.
Please note, we ship fabrics around the world but we reserve the right to refuse shipments to any foreign country, or set of laws that is prohibitive for business matters. In a situation, if an incorrect or damaged fabric is shipped, only the fabric cost will be refundable excluding all shipping expenses and duties/taxes.
