Purchases made at www.spandexbyyard.com are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the day you receive the package. Please call our Customer Service Representative at 844-772-6339 or email at hanif@spandexbyyard.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to get the authorization for the return. Please note, refunds will be issued in the same credit card used for the original purchase.
If you return a product to Spandexbyyard, Inc. you will be the exporter from the destination country and liable for all return charges.
Please note, we ship fabrics around the world but we reserve the right to refuse shipments to any foreign country, or set of laws that is prohibitive for business matters.
